Why Is Nutrition So Important??

May 3, 2018

Tracking what goes into your body will help you lose weight guaranteed.

Eating the right kinds of foods that are healthy for the body will allow weight to drop off over time. Counting in portion size when eating healthy will also help with losing the desired weight. Always make sure you're not starving the body it won't be sustainable in the long term.

What is eating healthy?

Eating healthy means choosing the right kinds of Proteins, Fats, and Carbohydrates. Foods like Chicken, fish, zucchini, asparagus, leafy greens, almonds and much more. Healthier Choices will allow the body to use the stored fat as energy metabolizing it which will cause weight loss.

You should also be avoiding foods with high fat content, deep fried foods, bread, rice, candy, pastries and any high sugar / high sodium foods and much more. Avoiding these foods will reduce the amount of unhealthy properties boosting your health and well being.

Workout!

It is so important that eating healthy is done with regular exercise. This is how your body will see the most changes. You will not only be losing weight at a much steadier pace but, you will also become stronger. I always recommend exercising a munimum 3x a week or 150 hours a week.

Choosing the correct training style can also be what makes that extra weight come off much easier! Proper sets and repetition range are key points to remember.

Know your body:

The amount of calories your body needs is based on your age, weight, height, gender, and how much you exercise.

Use this formula:

Basal Metabolic Rate (BMR)

 For men:

 BMR = 10 × weight(kg) + 6.25 × height(cm) - 5 × age(y) + 5

For women:

 BMR = 10 × weight(kg) + 6.25 × height(cm) - 5 × age(y) - 161

When you train and manage nutrition your body will see changes. Being consistent and commited to your routine is how you will achieve your goals.
