You should also be avoiding foods with high fat content, deep fried foods, bread, rice, candy, pastries and any high sugar / high sodium foods and much more. Avoiding these foods will reduce the amount of unhealthy properties boosting your health and well being.
It is so important that eating healthy is done with regular exercise. This is how your body will see the most changes. You will not only be losing weight at a much steadier pace but, you will also become stronger. I always recommend exercising a munimum 3x a week or 150 hours a week.
Choosing the correct training style can also be what makes that extra weight come off much easier! Proper sets and repetition range are key points to remember.
