Why do I Exercise?

I exercise for a number of reasons to improve my health.

 

Exercise can produce so many great benefits that will improve your daily life. All you need to do is start moving and stay committed. Because many of the benefits you recieve from exercising are long term, its safe to say commitment is very important. 

 

Exercise can be as simple as going for a walk or run which strengthen the body and emphasize on weight loss. Stronger muscles will make every day activities much more enjoyable. 

 

I always like to combine cardio and weight training. This guarantees me all the best benefits possible. A big one for me is life longevity. Combining two excellent ways to stay healthy is a sure way to achieve any goals.

 

Warm up and Cool down

 

For the best results I always reccomend doing a quick warm up before you start the routine. This will give your body extra push when you start. Increasing blood flow and getting some movement into the muscles is a key point to remember when achieving fitness goals. The same goes for a cool down, for best results run the cool down at the end of your exercise routine. You won't be disappointed. 

 

Know your Limits

 

Your body is not a machine and even they have limits. So make sure when your exercising you don't push your body too hard. My best suggestion is always start lighter then go heavy if preferred. This will allow your body to progress at a much more steady rate. 

 

 

Finding the Right Weight

 

Getting the right weight doesn't have to be so hard anymore. When your exercising you must choose the weight based on how your exercising. Meaning, if your doing high reps have lower weight, if you have lower reps have heavier weight. With these simple tips your goals are so close. Within arms reach!

 

 

Achieve your Goals

 

In the end we set simple goals along with a simple plan to achieve them. It doesn't have to be so hard your body is begging you to exercise. Every time your missing out on your scheduled workout you could lose much of the results you received already. It takes about 2 weeks for all changes to disappear. 

 

So always remember, staying committed is the most important part.
